Abstract
The group had choosen the life insurance business as the subject, and PT Asuransi Jiwa Adisarana Wana Artha (WanaArtha Life) as the object of the project study. within the broad subject of life insurance and the multiple operatonal dimensions of wanaartha lfe, the group has further concentrated its field study on the company's medium and long term strategic business plans. the study covers the review and assessment of the company's strategic business plan for the period 2004-2009, and comparing it with standard planning and decision models that are presently known, and also variably bench,arking it to the best -practices in the industry.
