Abstract
Sederhana Padang restaurant is one of the leading players in the food and beverage Industry, especially in padang restaurant. It has a very strong brand awareness on national wide. And Sederhana has expanded its franchise by internationally in Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. When the competition is already in red competition, Simple needs to innovate their value in business to create a new market that will bounce their financial performance. The change of the lifestyle, the booming of fast food restaurants and the modernization of the consumer are the factors that need to be reconsider. This project tries to provide solutions to a Simple Restaurant on how to use the blue ocean framework and create a new ocean of market that will enhance their value of business.
