Abstract

Purpose of the Study The purpose of this Group Field Project is to assist LISI ' Management in concocting a feasible business plan , its sustainability plan , and the last but maybe the most important is the profitability plan . An entry strategy would also need to be done in order for LISI to enter the market and seize the available opportunity as cfficient as possiblc . We would also analyze how much investment LISI must commit . The main challenge would be on the configuration of the dredging vessels , besides the fact that LISI ' labor is inexperienced and ill trained to operate in dredging business.
