Abstract

For the purpose of GFP in IPMI, the Group is assisting the Client in performing strategic reviews (including business analysis and financial analysis) to analyze the acquisition of the Target project. Due to some limitations, the Group recommends that the acquisition is beneficial to the Client, as long as the Client can obtain majority ownership with reasonable prices, as this acquisition projects will create a synergy and inline with the future goals of the Client.
