Abstract

The purpose of this research project was to Investigate Kawan Lama Sejahtera's cooperating culture, The research is a descriptive research. Our data collection methods comprised structured and unstructured interviews, 42 items questionnaire, observation, organization historical analysis and clinical research. Interview is conducted with Salesman, Manager, Director and Chlef Executive Director. A random sample of 102 employees was chosen for questionnaire. Observation is conducted at sales outlet and head office. The results show that good application of Information Technology, sales department fanaticism, sales department high turn over, open office architecture, gap between Junlor and senlor and training and development as first organization norm are Kawan Lama Sejahtera's artifacts or first level of culture. Main espoused values are the priority of customer, distinct supplier leader, Information Technology as strategic communication tools and openness as mean control. At the end, the writers found the basic values are we must care our customers with good relationship, we are the winner in the trading market and we are big family as long as we follow our leader. Suggestion that is purposed is delegation to the employee in making decision.
