Abstract

PT Rudaust Tours & Travel (Rudaust tour) was Established and operated since 2005, after obtaining a business license from the Tourism Office of Jakarta and almost 10years experienced in travel industry. Through its vision “Become top ten ranking tour and travel agent in north Jakarta on 2010“ nevertheless, Since its rise of the information technology and due to new players of tour and travel increasing it become one of the threat for the company and as well as management to setting a strategy to achieve its vision also it can. This thesis will give an answer from problem identification from the field to give some recommendations for management and Rudaust tour and travel as a company for improvement for business sustainability . The writer doing research and analysis which was conducted at rudaust and travel office to give solutions for its improvement. In this case the writer use 9 blocks analysis for its theories approach. And writers found that there is a gap based on management theory and its implementation such as company do not have a innovation and human resource problem. Based on the experience in conducting this action research, some recommendations were given in this thesis.
