Abstract

PT Bunyu Tapa Energi as an oil company has faced employee turnover rate issues since the day they started the company. However, there was renewal management in 2020 that began changes in its company. The studies tracked down the variables that might affect the turnover rate. Apparently, job responsibility, job obedience, job honesty, and employee loyalty are the variables that are related to the turnover rate. Use reflective measurement models to assess the effect between indicators to latent variables. In this study, there are 3 assessment criteria in the reflective measurement model, 1.e. The internal consistency, convergent, and Discriminant validity test. The internal consistency is used to evaluate the internal consistency reliability of the research model using Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability. It is concluded that job responsibility, job obedience, and job honesty have a positive effect on employees' loyalty.
