Abstract

This Group Field Project (GFP) Report illustrates the business plan of a start upcompany PT travoo.com. Travoo will serve as an online travel agent. Its www.travoo.com website will enable online real-time reservation of travel services and products. Its scope of operation will focus on Asia Pacific countries with world travelers as customers.The plan to start the company began as a GFP, which was required by IPMI for completion of its MM/MBA program. The GFP Group 2 was formed with the sixs members determined to have a project which is worth continuing as a real business after the completion of the course. We were all interested in e-commerce believing that the digital revolution will change the way we live and conduct business. We also wanted to do a business which can make a positive contribution to Indonesia.
