To maintain continuous supply with the best quality product, the division is supported by a production system that is composed of several activities. On the process of writing the thesis, we found there are several problems. They are: Which the utilization of warehouse capacity is not fully optimized. We also found that the finished goods do not have good storage plan especially during peak season. The lack of storage plan is due to no optimal placement of finished goods in the warehouse. The process is also done in manual way that relies on the experience and skill of the employee for the time being. By the end of the time, this situation can influence the continuous supply chain of the finished goods.
