Abstract
PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk ("PGN") has procured as its corporate culture which is consist of 5 values, Professionalism, Continues Improvement, Integrity, Safety and Excellent Service. In delivering excellent service to customers, PGN in collaboration with PT. PGAS Solution (PGAS Solution) as a subsidiary of PGN to execute operations and maintenance of PGN's facilities for delivering natural gas to its customers. Providing operation and maintenance to PGN is an opportunity for PGAS Solution to expand its business in order to get revenue from PGN's customers, which means PGAS Solution will get revenue from outside of the PGN group. Natural gas supplied by PGN in the industrial sector are used as fuel for PGN's customer equipment. Boiler is one of PGN's customer equipment served by natural gas from PGN. As a pressure vessel, the operation of the boiler was governed by law in order to be safely operated. Maintenance and repair of the boiler is a must to comply with the law, this condition can be grabbed by PGAS Solution to get other revenue sources despite the revenue from the PGN group.
