Abstract
Shop & Drive is one of Astra Otoparts Retail Business Division which sells automobile parts directly to customers. Shop & Drive operates as a automotive part store focusing on quick services in lubricants, battery and shock absorber. Currently, Shop&Drive is about 120 stores, which consists of Astra Own Store and Franchise Store. The automobile spare part business cash is a huge opportunity for grow considering the rapid automotive industry growth. This Group Field Project (GFP) objective is to form the future plan and to accelerate Shop&Drive's business strategy today in the future. Business strategy formulation is based on the analysis of the results obtained from the survey, interviews, questionnaires, market data, company data, observation and ether sources. The analysis conducted in this study includes industry analysis, internal analysis including core competences, and competitor analysis. Survey is conducted to respondent of Shop Drive's customer, and non-Shop & Drive's customer including competitor's customer. The survey is also conducted to respondents of automotive parts shop and automotive workshop customers These surveys were taken into two periods of times, on November 2010 and march 2011.
