Abstract
Business organizations are usually broken down into distinct units of specialization lead by competent personnel, cach units responsible for one major task associated with marketing, financial, operations, and business development. These units were called sections or departments and were further subdivided into smaller and smaller units until the task associated with each individual running a job in the organization was specified in detail. Founded on the concepts of simplication, routinization, and control, the organization required the integration, cach department should know better its own jobs and able to monitor each individual task associated with the performance of the department and operate in efficient and smooth manner. The first company has to look inward to their own internal systems, applications and processes. The cost and revenue efficiency of the organization shall be adequate to support micro-activities in cach units resulting from sales, projects, positive cash flow to maximize share holders value by increasing net income, revenues, assets and equities. In the long term, every entity works with the company believe in capabilities and performance written in the annual report of the company. better its own jobs and able to monitor each individual task associated with the performance of the department and operate in efficient and smooth manner. This project tries to define problems and propose recommendations for effective integrated operations which will enable the PT Mandira Erajasa Wahana (Aerotrans) to improve its performance going forward. This project tries to align micro-activities financial support in each unit of PT Mandira Erajana Wahana (PT Aerotrans Services Indonesia) in onder to obtain greater efficiency and effectiveness to cash flow and supporting cost infrastructure of a company.
