Abstract
Amprop Indonesia still had broad opportunities in sustaining the business, which is explained in the SWOT analysis matx. They need to mix and rebuild the company's internal structure and competency to cover all the weaknesses, while exploring the external factor through the opportunities and to be aware of threats. Based on our analysis we concluded that to keep the going concern principle of the company, immediate actions must be taken in particular Amprop must create a new business model to survive. What wll be th most favorable Business Model that can help Amprop to reignite growth and cash flow, and sustain within the emerging industry? This project will explore what will be the most favorable Business Model that can help Amprop to reignte growth, cash flow and be sustainable within the emerging industry. We collect data, and then try to analysis it with some business management tools, like SWOT, Pestel, Industry and Competitor Analysis. And we came with conclusion that there are stll opportunities Amprop in Coaching or Consulting business, Pak Pri Notowdigdto still became the key success factor for Amprop to sustain, and need to make a succession program in order to duplicate his capability.
