Abstract
Related with Company’s business development plan, the most importance strategy that Company must concern is how the financial strategy will be executed. Increasingly, the Company’s business development plan will require additional capital and funding to support the company's future strategy. This GFP is aimed to conduct evaluation by analyzing the financial strategy, especially in terms of funding the Company PT.XYZ. The financing strategy we analyze is funding strategy through Initial Public Offering. From the analysis in this GFP, we understand on how effective the IPO as an option and the best funding strategy for PT. XYZ. Previously, PT. XYZ has a plan to go public with estimated implementation time within the next 5 years. The analysis in this GFP is not limited to the technical calculations standpoint only, but also carried out a comprehensive analysis. The analysis would include strategic analysis of the company and economic environment that influence by using PESTEL analysis, Porters Five forces analysis and SWOT analysis. Financial analysis will conduct including profitability, liquidity, solvency and long-term debt analysis. In determining the valuation, this GFP is carried out by the method of discounted cash flow, sensitivity and Multiple Market Model analysis. At the end of the study, this GFP will also conduct Company’s Capital Structure analysis. As a complementary analysis, we also discuss the IPO anomaly that may occur when a company is really going to do an IPO. Based on historical data shown the Company has good performance, reflected on the last 5 years and optimistic forecast for the next 5 years. Indonesia's GDP growth rate is projected to be around 6% in the epidemic in 2021, and increasing investment climate in Indonesia in the next 5-10 years. Is this figure enough to be used by company as the basic data in determining whether an IPO will be executed or not, if so, when is the best time to execute the IPO? And other interesting discussion is discussed more detail in this GFP.
