Abstract

The project assigned by PT COSMEC INDONESIA (COSMEC) was to form appropriate strategy for PT. COSMEC INDONESIA to reach the operational excellence. One of the strategic initiatives is to build the Balance Score Card as a comprehensive set of performance measures that provide the framework for a Strategic Measurements and Management System. The Balance Score Card itself includes targets, measurements or KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), strategic initiatives and diagnosing tools. Target drives company, department or employee towards a goal to be achieved, The achievement needs to be measured its degree of success compared to the plan or expectation. Therefore KPIs need to be defined. To support the Balance Scorecard implementation, there are some aspects that need more attention from COSMEC's ​​Management. These aspects we call as Project Initiative: 1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): the infrastructure that enables the delineation of and increases in customer value and the correct means by which to motivate valuable customers to remain loyal - indeed, to buy again 2. Talent Management as a strategic business tool for companies, a powerful Management Tool for ManagersCockpit Management: by this cockpit, Management can easily see information about financial, operational and other aspects that can be measured within this cockpit. This information reflected four perspectives as KPI of the company and department.
