Abstract
PT. Hawlett-packard Indonesia. is in their efforts of increasingsales within a fierce competition in computer business. The company seeks the possibility of expanding their in small business portable notebook segment, which is Hawlett-packard lpowest market share besides other segments. The current marketing strategy of PT. Hawlett-packard Indonesia especially in small business segment will need to re-shape its strategy for the purpose of its long-term sustainability in today's turbulence changing environment.
