Abstract

As of today, 26th September 2019, I have supervised more than twenty graduated students from private and public universities in Indonesia since the year of 2012. Over the years, I have encountered and came across many graduates students each having different characteristics but all of them having the same mission that is to complete their studies as soon as possible. This book is based on my experience as lecturer, supervisor, and examiner in the fields of accounting and finance. I am using real source based on my own research. I hope that readers, especially those who are about to embark on their master journey will gain much benefits. Writing is a competence which is of higher standing when compared to research. A good thesis will impress the examiners although the lack of novelty in the research. Finally, a good chapter one gives a good impression to the examiners that they are reading a quality theses and half your battle is already won by then. I wish all the best to all the graduate candidates and current students especially my students who I love dearly. My deepest appreciation for my ever loving husband, Mas Nova Daryanto; to my beloved children, Bayu, Andhina, Tomy, Candraditia, Aira, Dirga, and Gianna; as for their motivation and aspiration in making this book published. I offer my apologies to my past and current supervises for giving a hard time during your graduate journeys. I strive for perfection because only those who are really prepared will go through all the struggles in life. Let me end with this wonderful quote from Saidina Ali bin Abi Thalib ‘alaihisalam to keeps motivating the readers of this book: “The intellegent person seeks perfection, while the ignorant one seeks possession. . .”
