Abstract

PT. Transformasi Security is a private outsourced security guard company which established on June 23rd, 2008, by Ir. Heru Kustriyadi Wibawa, Msc. The company specialize in security industry that provides asset protection, asset recovery, security provider, training, investigation, and consultation. As PT. Transformasi Security considers that human resource is the most important assets for the company, the company looking for a way to improve its employee performance. That was why the authors as a group wanted to help the company to find the solution. This study that the authors conducted covered Human Resource Management issues and focus on analyzing and find its correlation between job satisfaction and job performance among security guard in PT. Transformasi Security. The researched has been conducted within DKI Jakarta with 100 samples as the target research. The result of the study shows that job satisfaction has a correlation towards job performance because the sig level is below than 0.05. This means that, job satisfaction among the company’s security guard influencing its job performance in work. This evidence will give a new insight for the company as in conclusion, it is important to maintain and improve job satisfaction in order to improve employee performance.
