Abstract

The objective of our GFP study is to identify value gaps between company and customers perception, to identify current Electronic City's competitive advantages against competitors and also to provide recommendations of strategy to win the competition. The secondary objective is to understand Electronic City position in this market and to be able to have a broader understanding of the industry competitive situation From this GFP we want to obtain information about: 1. Electronic retail industry recently 2. Customer preferences and buying behavior on electronic goods 3. Brand awareness of Customers (aware of, have seen the advertisement, consider to buy at or recommend to friends) to the store. 4. Customer loyalty 5. Competition in the industry 6. Potential market in the future In this research, we are trying to search what the current customer behavior, habit and preferences. Therefore we did not develop any hypothesis or trying to prove our assumption. The focus is more on developing and analyzing the data from the research result.
