Abstract
This report analyze current business model of PT Tigaraksa Satria (the Company), a distribution company who had been in business for over 30 years in Indonesia. Forthcoming competitive landscape of distribution model which evolves primarily on physical distribution is becoming more severe, The Company studied upon which direction shall seek to revive leading edge and customer dependency. The distribution is one key activities of the principals supply chain who owned the products demands a low cost to enable them to compete in the market and gain or retain market share. Thus it is commoditized which low value added with focused on volume and generic services.
