Abstract
PT. Prospektif Multi Karya (PMK) is Indonesian company who provides catering and laundry and housekeeping services for industrial as well as remote area of oil exploration and production service companies. Its scope of services including the following: catering, laundry, housekeeping, janitorial, pest control, recreation service, waste disposal, administrative and maintenance service. Currently it has operation in Jambi, Riau, South Sumatera, Tarakan, Sorong, West Java and South Sulawesi. PMK vision is to become the best, outstanding and reliable company in the business segment it operates. PMK mission is to provide quality and professional service, to practice best management in professional work environment, to build profitable partnership with its supplier, and to realize sustainable growth and profit. We have proposed a refined vision and mission for PMK ready to become anchor for developing balanced scorecard strategic objectives. We tried to align PMK's Vision and mission to a more specific destination statement utilizing Balanced Scorecard as a tool. Further, several strategic objectives in four areas is developed (financial, customer, internal process, and learning & growth). We propose also measures and target and action plan for each strategic objectives drawn in strategy map of PMK.
