Abstract
The Group Field Project (GFP) is an essential part of the IPMI Magister Manajemen Program. It allows IPMI's students to enhance their skills required in the real world in analyzing the present and future business environment. It also serves to strengthen the links between the business community and IPMI. This study intends to fulfill IPMI's requirement in completing post-graduate program started in July 2007 and earning Magister Management degree. This short study is conducted to look deeply into the business process of messenger services under Human Resources function in PT DHL Global Forwarding. It is aimed to provide solution proposal to optimizing business process of messenger services. This study is conducted based on supporting theories, interview with primary and secondary sources to identify the issues and challenges, as well as bench marking. The interview has revealed the following issues and challenges: Structure: The needs to have a clear work flow structure in regards to delivery and pick-up of documents.
