Abstract

This study investigates the main factors that shape employee productivity at PT. TMC South Minahasa, emphasizes the relationship between work-life balance, workplace discipline, and job satisfaction. The research focuses on both direct and indirect effects, with satisfaction serving as a mediator that links balance and discipline to productivity. A quantitative approach was applied using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze these relationships. Data were collected from 84 permanent employees through purposive sampling, accompanied by demographic details such as gender, tenure, education, and age to provide deeper context. The findings show that work-life balance strongly increases job satisfaction, though it does not directly improve productivity. In contrast, workplace discipline positively impacts both satisfaction and productivity. Job satisfaction itself significantly enhances performance, highlighting its essential role in workforce outcomes. Moreover, satisfaction mediates the influence of work-life balance and workplace discipline on productivity, demonstrating its bridging effect. These results highlight the importance of fostering satisfaction as a pathway to higher efficiency. The study contributes to theory by clarifying how workplace factors interact and offers practical guidance for leaders, encouraging organizations to prioritize employee satisfaction in order to maximize productivity and organizational success. Keywords: Work-Life Balance, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction, Perceived Employee Performance, and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM)
