Abstract
This study aims to investigate whether a digital mindset can enhance employee productivity in crystal manufacturing at PT. KDS Indonesia, as digital technology becomes increasingly integrated into daily work processes, it is essential to examine its potential impact on employee productivity. This study, learning culture and digital leadership, analyzed variables that could affect digital mindset and increase employee productivity at PT. KDS Indonesia, a crystal manufacturing company. The research method used surveys and questionnaires for data collection. The respondents to this study are employees of PT. KDS Indonesia. The data were analyzed using SEM-PLS analysis to measure relationships between variables. It is possible to increase a person's digital mindset through various strategies and approaches. There is much literature about how to increase a person's digital mindset through various strategies and approaches. Digital mindset refers to a person's ability to think critically and creatively in the context of digital technology and the internet. Some approaches to increasing a person's digital mindset are to provide opportunities for hands-on experience with technology and encourage collaboration and experimentation. The study shows that variables that are significant in influencing digital mindsets include learning culture and digital leadership. In addition, regression analysis results show that these variables have a positive and significant impact on digital mindset and influence employee productivity. The results of this study contribute to understanding the role of a digital mindset in the workplace and provide insights for organizations that are seeking to improve employee productivity in the manufacturing industry. Thus, increased competition between companies requires rapid changes in operational conditions as well as personnel requirements.
