Abstract
This paper aims to explain what a project featuring community involvement is all about. According to the many different types of literature studied, the interactions between businesses and their various host communities were usually characterized by conflict, miscommunication, and even beneficial outcomes. In view of this, a new framework for community involvement was put up in an effort to address the flaws in the previous guidelines and models for improving community ties. Additionally, this paper makes an effort to understand what CIP stands for and create and support an environment that will result in peace, harmony, and order. This paper also makes the case that community involvement improves the host community's ability to participate effectively. But according to the suggested model, commitment, satisfaction, control cooperation, and trust are the factors that determine community involvement.
