Abstract

Nowadays hailing industry is very developed in society and the most popular hailing industry in Indonesia is Go-Ride. Go-Ride really helps the community with the price cheaper than conventional motorcycle taxi drivers and is also more efficient because it is assisted by an application. Somehow there are still many issues that frequently arise in Go-Ride services, such as delays in pick-up, drivers ignorance of helping passengers when transporting passenger, and incompatibility of the vehicles used by drivers, causing the majority of drivers and passenger or customer to continue to drive with a lack of comfort. Therefore this research provide analysis whether the issue is still valid or not, does the service quality of Go-Ride have a connection or relationship with the Customer satisfaction. The analysis that this research implement is how is the relationship between the service quality of the Go-Ride and its customer satisfaction, does the service quality of Go-Ride have a relationship with the customer satisfaction or not.
