Abstract
Previous research has shown that organization culture is an organization asset. However more research is needed to determine the best measurement of organization culture in a developing organization. This research is focusing on the evidence seen from PT. Dekatama Centra. This company is chosen due to the fact that PT Dekatama Centra is still striving to establish its corporate culture and aiming at how to determine the measurement of its organizational culture for sustaining the competitive advantage. The research was involving leaders and managers from staff up to the director level through purposive non-probability sampling. The findings of this study contributes to empirically prove that outcome orientation, teamwork, innovation, and attention to detail are good measurements which reflects the organization culture of an organization. Second, the top 2 (two) dimensions that have the highest effect are innovation and teamwork and third, this study also theoretically validates that all variables have an effect on organizational culture. The findings on practical implications, PT Dekatama Centra is currently focusing to improve the organization culture. In order to increase the quality of the organizational culture the four variables measured in this research are proven as important matters. The result of this study can be a reference and follow-up for companies engaged in the measurement of its organization culture. And also, with this study, it can be a guidance for the management to measure their organization culture abd plan to improve the strength of their organization culture.
