Abstract
Indonesia as the next big opportunity in the Asia region, there are several reasons why Indonesia is shown to be an exciting market to be invested. Indonesia is a very attractive market for long-term investments. In order to aid investors on investing in the right companies for the long term, this research suggest several financial ratio fundamentals (Profitability, Earning Growth, Leverage and Dividend Signal). This research conducted on a research sample of 27 companies that had been consistently listed in LQ45 index from 2014-2016. This research show how a stock selection through the financial ratio fundamentals will result in a good portfolio investment that can potential outperformed market and will further help investors in the future by conducted a simulation using dollar cost averaging.
