Abstract
Under President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo's administration, from 2014 until now, the status and role of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in Indonesia has significantly improved. SOEs has been assigned by Indonesia to play a more active role as an agent of development; meaning they have contributed best in driving the national infrastructure development plan. One of aggressive actions that have been performed by Government of Indonesia is an increase in Indonesian expenditure, especially in infrastructure and housing projects for low-to middle-income. This study is mainly aimed at investigating and illustrating the impact of Indonesia's large-scale investment in infrastructure and housing development from one of Indonesia's state-owned financial and construction properties during President Jokowi's administration. One of Indonesia's selected state-owned property and construction companies that will be analyzed and measured is PT Pembangunan Perumahan (PP) (Persero), Tbkin the period 2015 to 2019. The methodologies used in this study are Financial Ratio Analysis (FRA), including profitability, liquidity, solvency, and activity ration with health rating validation based on the Decree of Ministry of SOEs no. KEP-100/MBU/2002. Based on the evaluation, the author concluded that overalls, PT PP in last five years (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019) were in a good condition or were in a good performance or healthy, they achieved levels of AA, A, A, A, and BBB respectively. However, there was a slight decrease in 2019 due to the decreasing number of RoI, RoE, Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, and Total Equity to Total Asset Ratio.
