Abstract
PT Mora Telematika Indonesia (hereinafter referred as Moratelindo) is fiber optic infrastructure company for telecommunication network around Indonesia. Moratelindo has initiated the business as Calling Card Provider and Internet Service Provider (ISP) since 2004. Three years after, PT Mora Telematika Indonesia first milestone of becoming an infrastructure provider company is when Moratelindo built a Java Backbone which connect Sumatra - Java - Bali area. Later on, Moratelindo launched Oxygen.id Brand in 2015 which targeting Indonesia retail market by providing a high speed internet access. Oxygen.id provides two type of product; Oxygen.id Home and Oxygen.id Business. The project was focused on Oxygen.id Home only. Through Oxygen.id FTTH Home, Moratelindo goal is to maximize the infrastructure utilization. In order to maximizing the utilization of infrastructure, the author recommend that Moratelindo should expand the FTTH network to a greater area. To do so, author will evaluate the feasibility of PT Mora Telematika FTTH Business and provide a recommendation to optimize the FTTH Business. keywords: telecommunication, infrastructure, provider, backbone
