Abstract

Our group field project (GFP) is to assit PT. Bevera Makmur Cemerlang (here in after called "BMC") in reviewing its current business operations and to come up with some recomendations to facilitate the expected growth of BMC in terms pf its market share from the existing 11.8% to 20% in the next two years in its traditional geographic marketing areas (the city of bandung and its regency), specifically in relation to the critical production resources (the empty bottle management and distribution system).
