Abstract

This project was assigned by PT Kinarya Anak Negi that provides fast food and beverage restaurant. Its stores are located in West Java, South Sumatra and Bali Islands. The management of PT Kinarya Anak Negi attempts to increase the outlet fast food restaurant from 40 currently running up to 100 outlet fast food restaurant. This increasing number of outlet fast food restaurant is critical to cover business strategy. The study will be focus on: • Fast food industry analysis • Company analysis Company positioning • Focus and issue identification The study consists of three stages: Context, Piloting & Assessment and Recommendation. The project provides recommendation for PT. KAN implementing the appropriate replenishment method in capitalizing outlet fast food restaurant sales opportunities.
