Abstract
The main aim of this project is to propose the Project of Balanced Scorecard implementation in PT. Beta Inti Multifinance (BETA). This tool of strategic management has not been used in BETA so far. The theory explains some aspects of performance management and introduces the Balanced Scorecard as the new tool of strategic management. BETA is a medium-size multi-finance company which aims to be a profitable multi-finance company with a sustainable growth. Increase the portfolio, create cost effectiveness and manage the risk effectiveness will become the financial objectives. BETA should increase its customers meanwhile having a strong sales, operation and credit process is a must. Last but not least, trustworthy and competent employees are needed to make a strong pillar for the company. The results clear up the contemporary position of BETA and lead to solutions for BSC utilization before the implementation. Finally, this project is composed of the Balanced Scorecard implementation with all its aspects, proposals and recommendations and risks of the project.
