Abstract
Align with Quantum Leap Program (2011-2015), Garuda Indonesia legacy f Indonesia expands their fleet and route to grow their business One of these in is expanding its fleet using propeller aircraft (ATR 72) for short distance connect secondary cities in lndonesia's archipelago. Garuda Maintenance Facility AeroAsia (GMF AeroAsia) as one of Garuda Indonesia subsidiary company that plays an important and vital role as maintenance provider also needs maintenance capabilities and capacities that allow GMF to provide the best support. Moreover, ATR maintenance is one of potential business to achieve GMF AroAsia's vision 2020, because ATR fleet has been growing significantly in Asia Pacific n GMF AeroAsia vision is to be top 20 MRO in the world in 2020, which target 700 in revenue in 2020. It is 100% growth from 2016 target, which targeted 50 MUSD in revenue. Based on above considerations, This Group Field Project (GFP) is prepared to review market analysis, competitor analysis, define competitive advantage, define critical factor, formulate strategy, and develop the best ATR maintenance business model foe GMF AeroAsia to maximize revenue from ATR operators in Asia Pacifik region d fulfill Garuda Indonesia's need in ATR maintenance The result shows that improving Key Resources and selecting Key Partnership will be crucial for GMF Business Model. With improvement in those two factors, GMF be able to compete in regional ATR maintenance by leveraging the lead facility to meet industry standard, while the partnership can be used to improve the cost structure to compete in price and lead time.
