Abstract

PT. Sriboga Flour Mill (SFM) located in capital city of Central Java province, Semarang. SFM is a big five flour mills company in Indonesia. Beginning in 1995, PT.Sriboga Raturaya as the precursor produced high innovative and nutritious wheat flour. At present, with a production capacity of more than 1.500 tons per day, SFM took part in supporting the availability of wheat flour as raw material for foodfor the people of Indonesia. PT. Sriboga Flour Mill (SFM) is currently facing challenge in supply chain management in fulfilling the demand from its customer. The company want to improve supply chain management especially in raw material purchasing that aligned with sales demand and production. To avoid disturbing raw material receiving in logistic and production that impact to sales volume and customer satisfaction. Improved supply chain management is done not only to have an impact on sales volume and customer satisfaction, as well as to increase domestic market penetration. Critical area in supply chain management PT. Sriboga Flour Mill is planning of raw material to sales marketing. Research purpose in PT. Sriboga Flour Mill is to improve raw material planning and receiving refer to sales volume and production planning and perform recommendation to improve supply chain performance. By collecting data with observation, interview and questionnaire from PT. Sriboga Flour Mill to get primary data and secondary data, we analyze using SCOR and AHP to review model supply chain and performance the company. Base on analysis hierarchy model of supply chain management and weighing metric of measurement performance at PT. Sriboga Flour Mill, priorities that already identify on every level on hierarchy diagram showing strengthen to support fulfilling order to improve raw material planning dan receiving refer to sales volume and production planning. SWOT analysis showing position of PT. Sriboga Flour Mill on quadrant 1 and should implement strategy aggresive with action as follow: Manage trade payable/receivable better with dicipline to implement SOP in Finance, tight control of product quality, Innovation of new product, and conduct more training for employee especially for sales people. Some recommendation, for continuing improvement supply chain management at PT. Sriboga Flour Mill as follows are set up supply chain organization, adding distributor that have warehouse in place and minimize late delivery, explore partnership with other companies in order to purchase raw materials not only with foreign company like PT. SFM did now, but also partnership with local company to reduce raw material cost, collaborate with university to support research and development division in order to create alternative raw materials that can be used for the production process, develop war room for integrated information from manufacturing, logistic and sales & marketing, and develop IT system for loading and distribution.
