Abstract

PT. Trisula International Tbk. has grown extensively over the past years. In 2012 PT. TI listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. To support its business grow, TI needs a system that measure the performance of the business, management and staff in accordance with the vision and mission of the company. The challenge is to design and implement the balanced scorecard and comprehensive performance measurement that would form the basis for improving and maitaining organizational performance. As a step towards the above, the management of the company entrusted this project to us as a Pilot Project in its plan to implement the Balanced Scorecard throughout the organization. The marketing team of PT Trisula International Tbk., has been selected as the target for this pilot project. This team plays a crucial role in increasing the competitiveness of the company in the fashion retail industry. Obtaining a high level of performance from them is a major objective which the company plans to achieve and sustain.
