PT. Gaka Karya Engineering is one of the reputable construction company in Indonesia. The company concentrates in Power Plant and grows base on the manpower because this construction business need huge amount of skill employees to contribute to the construction work at every project in all around Indonesia. The short term and long term plan of PT. Gaka Karya Engineering concern the Human Resource Management (HRM). Upon considering the business size and need then Human Resources system should be fair, transparent, understandable and well communicated to ensure performance based approach. Review of the Human Resource System is required periodically to accommodate change of competitive industrial macroeconomic and growth of the company. PT. Gaka Karya Engineering believes that Human Resources Management is the structure that allows for individual development. potentially satisfying the organization's goals. The development of the individual will benefit both the individual and the organization. The Human Resources Management framework views employees, as an asset to the enterprise whose value will be enhanced by development, its primary focus is on growth and employee development it emphasizes developing individual potential and skills. Human Resources Management can be inhouse group training, tertiary or vocational course or mentoring and coaching by senior employees with the aim for a desired outcome that will develop the individual's performance. An apprentice will step through the development process to become a tradesman in their field as will a white-collar trainee to become a professional in their field.
