The project focusing on conselting company named MET consulting, who in 1998 was dare enough to enter the Indonesian market who during those time, are in unstable conditions with conclusions of economie crisis. MET was strong enough to struggle with atiract many client. Early beginning of 2007, the company merger with EROCO PETRONESIA, one of the biggest conseltant companies in the country. Consultancies renew the rame with MET/EROCO PETRONESIA. The markets nowadays are often enough dealing with the consultancy need, and that impact to company elient who being increase time to time. The mumber of client who goes up is contributing making profit a lot. On the other hand request of services are considering to going increasing more than the usually before. The company before, well known as best player in the recraiting services and in outsourcing. Moreover company must ready giving their best value. Our group proposal is focusing in introdace more value to consultancy service which is Assessment Ceatre and Performance Management". This added value may become new company service in order to gives custoner satisfaction. This value support by many company condition now a days, are hard enough to find an employee in the right place. Furthermore with finding the right person will make company easier to manage people or employee, and it will end up with good performance management. In summary, our recommendations purposed to convince the company, with adding the two values above will makes consultancy service in MET/EROCOPETRONESIA more innovative. Therefore, by introducing it we believe it will provide the company with more benefit of services in order to satisfied costumer need and company goals.
