High transportation cost, rent per month / house and grocery, are two of many social problems that happen in big city like Jabodetabek and other areas which have the same social characteristic with Jabodetabek. The idea of is to solve this problem, in this case are to reduce living cost and transportation cost, by take advantages of flourishing e-commerce sector and all of push factors such as growing internet penetration, rapid mobile device adoption, and increased social media usage. The main feature of is price comparison feature for FMCG product that could differentiate from other services that being offer by existing competitor. By using external and internal analysis using SWOT analysis, Five Forces Porter Analysis, PEST Analysis to identify whether this business can be implemented. From both external and internal analysis, Business Model and Company Strategies is being created such as Marketing Strategies, HR Strategies, Risk Management Strategies, and Funding Strategies to anticipate the hyper competition that could be happened in the future. To decide whether this business will be sustained in the industries, Damodaran Valuation Model is being used to exercise the financial aspect of the business.
