Abstract
Many companies in Indonesia conduct Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). However, companies who understand CSR concept are limited. OT has conducted CSR activities, internally and externally however, not all of OT’s Employees are aware about this. CSR should be embedded in the business strategy to gain competitive advantage toward a flourishing business. Three stages were used for this research, which are pre-field study, field study and analysis. Currently OT has not implemented a good waste management system which can save the planet. OT’s waste are destroyed, burned and had polluted the Planet very badly. Waste should be handled and utilized better. Without a solid waste management system, waste has a lot of negative impact on human and the environment. In the other hand, there would be zero waste once the new waste management system is implemented. The idea of this Group Field Project is to change Waste to Wealth by implementing waste management system in the form of a community involvement project. It will increase company’s exposure, change paradigm and give benefit for the societies. OT will ensure the sustainability of the waste management system inside and outside of OT; hence OT will become the agent of change.
