Abstract
Syncrum Logistics started in June 2008 specializing in transport solutions for the automotive industry. Their main client is Toyota Astra Motor, Daihatsu and Hino. Syncrum facilities that located close to customers increase their competitive advantages. On 2011, for answering customer need in supply chain management, they build warehouse business unit. With one stop shopping in inland logistic and supply chain, Syncrum performance shown a positive business growth. Up to 2018, Syncrum plays in six business unit; Automotive spare part, Warehouse, Cementing, Concrete material, Hazardous waste material and General goods. Refer to Indonesian Logistic Association (ALI) estimation, transportation and logistics business will grow to 15.4% in 2020, it gives a signal that Syncrum potential business growth can be intensified. The research objective of this project is to analyze Syncrum competitive advantage and giving recommendation in short and long term for achieving its potential business growth. For the research methodology, it uses qualitative approach through interview, company data primer and related news from any sources. To achieve company growth in near future, Syncrum logistics needs to focus on their two main business line which have tangible success factor, such as automotive and hazardous waste industry.
