The Energy Industry including its supporting services in Indonesia has been influenced by The Government Policies and its country macro-economic. In order to achieve and sustain the growth objectives, PT. Dyfco Energy needs to evaluate the suitable business strategies to anticipate the high business competition’s environment and potential business’ opportunities in the future. The forecast of Energy Industry’s growth, particularly for geothermal industry, is considerably high and sustained since the implementation of one door/integrated policies will be implemented in 2014.The Group Field Project (GFP) has been performed to provide the business strategy analysis and its recommendations for PT. Dyfco Energy. We have used following framework, which was developed to align with the GFP’s objectives. The business strategy recommendations are based on the available and valid information from primary and secondary sources to anticipate PT. Dyfco Energy’s objectives in 2018. PT. Dyfco Energy’s competitive advantage is focused on differentiation by giving superior services quality instead of focusing on cost leadership strategy. The recommendations execution should be monitored and adjusted as a company may have to change its strategy if there are major changes in the industry.
