Abstract
As PT Besmindotama Universe wishes to sustain their growth by developing new and promising services while working to securo their standard service offerings, the company shall meet the clients' needs in the most complete, cost effective, and officient manner. In order to do so, PT Besmindotama Semesta seek, attract and employ individuals possessing the most advanced skills and abilities in communications, leadership, management and ethics. PT Besmindotama Semesta has applied certain elements within recruitment and appraisal performance and yet there is no systematic performance measurement build into salary increment mechanism as well as limited structured retaining program for potential talents. Employee satisfaction survey has conveyed key messages that PT Besmindotama Semesta was claimed as a good place to work and they would recommend others to work at PT Besmindotama Semesta. However improvement is required in the area of reward / acknowledgment / feedback process, tools and materials to perform the job, development, performance review and ownership. Therefore the Group proposes to develop human resources procedures and systems to sustain the company's business growth in the future. Besides proposals on organizational structure revamp, the Group also provides a list of workforce core competencies which define key accountabilities as priority steps to align with business strategy. Next priority step is the development of annual objective and performance appraisal process and the implementation of exit and entry procedures as well as reward system which is based on pay for performance upproach. Upon considering the business size and need, then the Human Resources system should be fair. transparent, undentandable, and well communicated in which always ensure a performance based approach. The review period of the Human Resources system is required to accommodate changes of competition / industry, macro econamics, and or of the company.
