Abstract

Financial Institutions in Indonesia were divided into 2 groups: Banking Financial Institutions and Non-Banking Financial Institutions, such as insurance, mortgage, securities firms,and finance companies. Finance company is a financial services company, which conducts financing in the form of provision of funds for consumption,or capital goods by not withdraw funds directly from the public. Finance companies finance the purchase of new or used motor vehicles, electronic items, up to refinancing or borrowing of funds by the consumer. In terms of business activity, inherent risk of corporate finance is credit risk or the failure of customers to meet their obligations.
