Abstract
This paper aims to study the influences between spirituality at work toward organizational commitment and job satisfaction in PT Surya Nusantara Sentosa (PT SNS). The methodology used a mixed approach, which used a convergent parallel mix method design to analyze the research study. There were 48 respondents participated through the online questionnaires and eight employees as informants. The respondents consisted of employees and management of PT SNS in 2019. The findings show a strong relationship between Spirit at Work and Organizational Commitment. Spirit at Work also had a strong influence on Job Satisfaction in PT SNS. This case study only focuses on PT SNS. In the future, the research can be focused on more small-scale businesses, where the unit analysis is no longer the individual but on the organizational level. The paper contributes to the existing research of knowledge on the importance of spirituality at work as a matter of management approach.
