Special focus also has been requested on Human Resources skill and Training requirements to position the organization to stronger growth in both the divisions. Taman Impian Jaya Ancol has a vision towards Ancol Spectacular to provide a "Entertaining beach experience" to its customers. This document is also intended to provide what is the right skill set needed for both F&B and Merchandise division to support the growth towards the Vision. The Approach that has been adopted includes taking the best practices of related industries and taking key learning's from the world class companies used in benchmarking. A detailed analysis of the current business model will be done including Customer Surveys and Interviews.
