Abstract
Human Capital had been understood as the most important aspect within a Company. By retaining good or even best talent in the Company, it is expected that the organization’s objectives could be accomplished. Therefore, several strategies are important for the Company to retain their best talents in the organization. These strategies may be varied in detailed activities among different size of the Company’s operation however the concept will remain the same. PT Komet Konsorsium, as one of the pioneers in telecommunication tower service in Indonesia, also facing the problem of retaining good employees in the Company. The management had adopted talent career development to focus from internal resources rather than hiring from outside. From this viewpoint, aspects of compensation and benefit as well as good performance management become critical for the success of human capital management in PT Komet Konsorsium. Based on thorough survey and data collection, supported by relevant literatures, proposed solutions had been formulated in order to improve the efficiency of performance management and to reach the level of competitiveness for employee’s compensation. Although these two factors were not the entire human capital management strategies, however, this had been viewed as fundamental problems in the Company from where the GFP is designed to mitigate some proposal of solutions.
