Abstract

Employee performance is essential for achieving organizational objectives and maintaining organizational effectiveness. This study examines teh effects of AKHLAK Organizational Cultuer, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. A quantitative approach was employed, and the data were analysed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) and Impotance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA).
The results indicates that AKHLAK Organizational Culture has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance. The six AKHLAK dimensions, namely Adaptive, Amanah, Harmonious, Collaborative, Competent, and Loyal, demonstrate high importance and performance, indicating that they are key drivers of employee performance. Work Environment and Job Satisfaction also contribute positively to Employee Performance. The IPMA findings reveal that Loyalty, Adaptiveness, and Amanah exhibit the highest performance levels, while Career Development, Satisfaction with Superiors, Organizational Communication, and Work Environment factors show relatively lower performance and therefore represent opportunities for improvement.
This study contributes to the organizational behaviour literature by highlighting the importance of a strong organizational culture in enhancing employee performance. The findings sugest that organizations should maintain the effective implementation of AKHLAK values while improving employee development, leadeship support, communication, and workplace conditions to achieve sustainable performance improvement.
