Abstract
PT. Express Intercontinental Transportation (Premiair), is one of the leading players in the Indonesian private jet charter industries, operating in Halim Perdanakusuma Airport. Founded in 1989, it was first operated as a dedicated jet charter serving only its' holding company. By 2006, it was already started to become the professionally running business of those who operated in a niche elite private jet charter market. For a single charter, Premiair need to work together with each depathent in order to have a successful flight. Those were Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Operations. In current conditions, each department has been working under their own procedures. Because the industry is very dynamic including customer needs, weather, airport conditions, etc., communication plays an important role in the operations of Premiair. This project tries to provide solutions to integrated infrastructure for linking disparate systems, and data sources across the company, also tries to realign and strengthen the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) of PT Ekspres Continental Transportation, aka PREMIAIR in order to obtain greater efficiency and effectiveness, and better management of all aspects of its operations.
