Abstract

The poper subject was chosen because it is based on our market observations In recent years, there has been a growing food industry, specifically in the Pizza industry.Thus, we would like to comprehend further, the success slory of lessons reflected from the Pizza Bar and how we could recommend means of improvements. As we go into the data gathering required for analysis, we realized that avalable data in the Pizza Industry in Indonesia is very Imited. Thus, we go ahead with primary data through focus groups and distributing questionnaires. Regrettably, due imited fime, much research stil needs to be done to provide more sound base of reference As there appears to be substantial interest from the people to taste Pizza Bar, our analytics dedicated exclusively to addressing that topic Writing this paper has been an extremely enjoyable learning experience for us. We hope it would be worthwhile for the PT. Mitra Cipta Kreasi as well as other readers. In presenting this report, our thanks are due to all those who have assisted in the study of this project and the preparation of this report.
